Who We Are

First Floor Theater’s staff consists of Anastar Alvarez, Andrew Cutler†, Tina El Gamal, Kendyl Meyer*, and Alexander Paredes-Ruiz, collectively stewarding the company’s artistic, administrative, and production work.

Since 2021, we have operated through a horizontal leadership model, with all staff members holding a stake in programmatic and opportunity-awarding decisions. We have since expanded this model into our financial and general operations, using collective consent to make budgetary and organizational decisions, with all staff roles compensated equally.
